Salon Renaissance — Local services in Tucson

My experience at Salon Renaissance has been nothing short of amazing! I love the environment there and how welcome everyone is!

I go there for my lashes with Madi and I not only love her but also her work! Being her client for almost two years, we’ve established a friendship and I look forward seeing her and catching up with her every two weeks. She always listens to what I do and don’t like and always wanting to make sure I’m happy at the end of the day without making me feel bad.

I then see Cyd for my hair! I was recommended to her from another client of hers, and I’m so glad I followed through. Cyd had made me love my hair in a way I never have before. She’s always listening to my thoughts and what I want and never talks me out of it, but her recommendations always win because she sees a vision. She is such a nice human being, and her energy is what I love most.

I promise you won’t be disappointed with your experience here. The ladies have put so much effort into making this place a home, and it’s one of my favorite homes...

I made an appointment online for a haircut and balayage. I was immediately thrilled to see that they had an opening in just a couple of days, because I desperately need a haircut and I’ve been putting it off. Imagine my disappointment when shortly after making this appointment I get a text that says it was canceled. No offer to reschedule or anything, just canceled. They emailed me later and said they wouldn’t have time because I noted that I have a lot of hair. I don’t know how to schedule this service if it defaults to an appointment that isn’t long enough. Was I supposed to schedule two appointments back to back? What a bummer. I guess I’ll have to take my $300+ elsewhere…

From the moment I walked into her salon, I felt welcomed and at ease. Cydney's warm demeanor coupled with her exceptional skills immediately put me at ease.
