The Frozen Cactus sports bar and restauraunt — Restaurant in Tucson

I came here because I wanted to try out a new place the decor is pretty cool parking lot needs work and it's a little hard to see where the front door is. But if you park in the back you'll see that the front door is on the side. So the front door is the side door I guess. But I believe you could use both doors. So we sat down at the bar and the female bartender was a little friendly she seemed a little flustered though like she was really busy but there wasn't a whole lot of people there but I guess I can see how one person could get overwhelmed by themselves. We asked about the bar rescue and the bartender basically said we don't talk about that here. Which is really weird because the only reason why we know about this place is because we saw it on bar rescue. The chicken was pretty good I'll say that but I don't know I just didn't find this like a place to really come and hang out we had one round of beers finished our food and basically left to kontikis... They have a pretty good pool area the restrooms are very clean the place looks very clean you can see through into the kitchen so you can see that the kitchen look clean and it smells clean. I probably will come here again but it's not going to be my go-to place I'll come here again if somebody else wants to go here I won't have a...

We have been twice recently on Sunday nights and have had some mixed experiences here. Love, love, love the karaoke here though. If it turns out my first visit issues were a fluke, I'll change my rating to a 5. Drink prices are inline with most places in Tucson. Our second visit was great! Kind and friendly service. Bartender was aware of our interests enough to inform us they also have karaoke on Thursdays. We will definitely be going back, and I have my figures crossed for more nights like the second. My issues on the first night mainly had to do with the service. Different bartender, and it took nearly 20 minutes from when we ordered our drinks until all four made their way to us. We had to remind her twice what our fourth drink even was (a shot of tequila). Then she just ran my card without asking if I wanted to keep it open. We were there to spend time catching​ up with an old friend, but that last move made me feel like she didn't want us there. They lost money on us that night. Night one had 4 drinks between 4 people. Night two had 15 drinks between 3. Like I said though, more nights like the second, I may come back and just forgive the first...

The worst nachos I have ever had in my life !,, As a trained chef , microbiologist Ph.D, so I am picky. I do cut restaurants some slack HOWEVER,,!, in this case, deep fried flimsby chips , still raw, not cooked properly at all,, greasy!, , topped with cold can thick old cheese sauce, very few olives, a few jalapenos, topped with runny obviously left out warm runny sour cream , $10 bucks, any two year old could do a better job,! The restaurant is FILTHY DIRTY ! SOME ONE DOES NEED TO LEARN TO USE A BROOM AND A MOP ,;! AND LEARN WHAT CLEAN MEANS,! THE RESTROOMS FILTHY ! Dirty silverware, wrapped in a napkin with finger prints all over the silverware, Dirty glasses,, watered down sugary syrup soft drinks, A new number one ! , THE WORST EATING , DINNING EXPERIENCE EVER !
