Folks, If you hate the hassle of huge International Airports, then you'll LOVE the cozy feel of this small airport! Small regional airport feel, International capability! For a Midwest farm guy/AVGeek such as myself, (TUS) has pretty much anything i Iook for in a small airport! They keep everything clean and squared away! Once your through TSA, everything is smooth sailing from there!

Just a reminder: If you want to have the best, hassle free experience going through TSA, Always abide by the guidelines, rules and regulations. I know they can seem rude at times but they are there for your saftey and the saftey of other passengers so do them and yourself a favor, LOSE the attitude, humble yourself and just do as they ask. It will put them at ease and it will make the travel experience more relaxing for you! And just another quick reminder, I recommend you:

Arrive at least 1hr30min before your flight departs as to check any last minute bags and to compensate for any unexpected issues or complications. Arrive 2hrs before your flight if your are DECLARING and CHECKING a Firearm. It's up to YOU to do your research on flying with firearms, as I am not a lawyer nor am I giving legal advice. There was virtually no wait inside when we walked up. Very quick to go through initial paperwork. We were then sent outside where there was a HUGE line - people we had never even seen - so it was obvious that some people had been waiting awhile. Although I was initially irritated, we were served pretty quickly and it was obvious that they had simply experienced an unexpected backlog as the customer service agents were very nice, very quick, and very professional. The person that helped me briefly mentioned that I could have a better mini van for only $5 more per day, but didn't do the hard sell on me and after a "no thank you" from me, showed us to our vehicle and ran off to get keys. While we were stowing our suit cases he quickly went over the car checking for marks and had us on our way. HERE'S THE KICKER - later that day he e-mailed me with his work e-mail, his work phone, AND his cell phone and said if there was any problems at all, to immediately call him and he'd take care of it. When I returned the van six days later, another gentleman helped us and he was equally quick, professional, and cheerful.

I rent many many rental cars for work in a calendar year and I have to say that without question, this was the best experience I've ever had. Overall, I've found that Enterprise is "typically" a better-run and more professional organization that most other rental companies and this was again borne out. I personnally like to fill out all the paperwork inside and then go out (on my own) and pick whatever car I want before driving away, but I found the customer service to be so welcome at this Enterprise branch that I might...
