Shame on a place that situates itself in an airport, where speed and efficiency are paramount. Itâs Labor Day weekend. People are flying, people are stressed, and navigating food quickly before your plane should be a given. I ordered food for myself and my kids before boarding my plane. There were three people ahead of us at the time. 20 minutes later we were still waiting for our food. And our plane was waiting for us. Literally they boarded the entire plane and we were the hold up. I expressed my concern to the one person who was manning the kitchen and making the sandwiches. Perhaps going slower is the only way she could exert control over us and the situation. Which is what she did. I let her and the cashier know that our plane was leaving and they were closing the gate. I needed either my money refunded or whatever sandwiches they had made. These options seemed to slow them down even more. They just stared blankly at me. And the snail pace was beyond comprehension. Everything made them move slower. No one cared. No one cared at all. Their manager wasnât there so I would have been out the money for three sandwiches (cheese, Pb&j and Frida) and no food. Iâm going to let the pictures do the rest of the talking. My sandwich was supposed to come with bacon. If you can spot it please let me know. Itâs probably supposed to be by the yellow tomato and the wilted lettuce. Beyond is an understatement. Beyond comprehension, heavy on the bread. Donât come here before the airport. Or if you do, go yo another location where the food and the service...

Flying out of the airport around noon, only a few people ordering here. Seems like a decent food selection, a variety of sandwiches, some salads and drinks in a cooler, etc. We ordered two separate sandwiches, a chicken sandwich called "Maddy's Madness", and a roast beef called "Brad's Beef".
The issues came when we were ordering, the person taking our order found an order and could not figure out who it was for. She then ignored us, and spent the next 5 minutes wandering around, asking the kitchen staff, calling out the person's name, etc, with no results. We finally asked if we could order, and she obliged, but was still very distracted about the sandwich (btw...nobody every claimed it). We waited with several others who had ordered, and all of us watched the complete disorganization of the business, it was obviously so bad. They took orders, then told the customers they were out of that particular sandwich. They could not get anybody's name correct when the orders were finally complete, then were confused about which order was which.
When we finally ate the sandwiches, found the roast beef to be decent, but the chicken sandwich was very bland, no flavor at all, and the toasted multigrain bread was thick, tough, and chewy...we ate half of the chicken and threw the other half away.
So they are unorganized and make bland sandwiches...
Would I go back...no Would I...
Read moreFine if youâre starving and have a ton of time to kill. Speedy they are not. I travel in and out of TIA a couple times a month and every once in awhile I convince myself this time itâll be different. They have absolutely zero sense of urgency. Every time itâs the same. Who ever is working behind the counter eventually meanders over to the register to take your orderâno greeting âIâll be right with youâ which is fair bc they definitely will not. I often wonder if Iâm invisible. Then they take the orders of the multiple people who have inevitably stacked up. It usually takes no less than 20 mins...
