Worst experience. Customer service in the Tukwila location is poor. On 12/17/2023 I had purchased a new pair of boots. I was told when I was trying the boots on that if they did not work for me, after a few days that I would be able to bring them back and exchange for a different size or at least a better fit. As someone who works on his feet all day, foot ware is extremely important. So today 12/21/2023 I did just that being that only 3 days in these boots tore my feet up. Literally. They refused to exchange or return the boots for the reason that I hadâworn themâ claiming that they could not take them back because they were no longer new. Anyone who knows anything will tell you that there is no way to know if said boots will work for you in your daily work by WEARING THEM AT HOME! The store manager had said to me that wearing them outside was the reason he could not exchange or return. Saying that his policy states this. No where on the receipt does the return policy say you canât wear your boots outside, ON THE JOB or anywhere else for that matter. The printed return policy says 30 days to return. He was not interested in trying to help resolve anything. I had even said â this is how I make my moneyâ is there nothing that can be done? To witch he replied â this is how I make my money tooâ. All this to be said, I am stuck with boots that I am not happy with or that I am able to wear. Worst $123.00 I have ever spent. All because I went to a store that specializes in work wear and made the mistake of wearing my boots at work. dissatisfied to say the least. I do not advise doing business with...
Read moreLots from the Carhartt collection so I came in before I was to take a flight out of town. The Tukwila location did not have my size so I asked the salesman if I could pay to have the correct size shipped to me from the northernmost location. He gave a curt ânoâ. I asked for the manager and in like attitude he said if I wanted the shirt I would have to make an hour drive. I got the nicer lady to call and place one on hold at the Lynnwood location for me. So I made my trek across Washington to find out once I arrive that they held aside the wrong shirt. Dodie came over and said I could go 20 minutes further north to Everett. I explained that I already drove an hour from Tukwila. Initial response was oh Iâm sorry you will have to continue your forever journey. I explained the service tone deafness of the response and Dodie finally received the message. She cared enough to take my number and promise a follow up. I continued on to Everett as I needed the shirt for the trip and when I arrived at the Everett location they refused to honor the multiple pair discount because I purchased all the other items at the other location. Sooo I asked Michelle for the discount and Cindyâs email for feedback. Wow, Michelle refused. I asked another associate who finally agreed. On my way out I asked to use the restroom. Oh no!! Ever since Covid no way. So I ran down the street to relieve myself. CINDY ! HELP !! This canât be your vision of...
Read moreBought a $240 pair of Keen "Troy" work boots, seemed good when I first put them on, but after wearing them for two relatively easy days(boots still look brand new), realized that the soles are insanely limp, to the point where the front edge of the heel lug digs into the arch of your foot, normally I would just chalk it up to needing a break in, but this is due to the shank area having no integrity at all, called to ask about their return policy, and was told I was out of luck as I wore them.
This isn't a simple matter of an imperfect fit that'll break in, the boots have a faulty, limp, construction, you can feel every shape of the ground through the soles, like you're wearing a pair of socks.
Long story short, beware, this store is unwilling to remedy problems with the products they sell, once they have your money, they're...
