Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory — Restaurant in Tulare

I recently visited the Chocolate Factory in Huntington Beach and bought the Dubai chocolate bar-and it was honestly the best chocolate l've ever had in my life. Rich, smooth, luxurious flavor that totally lived up to the hype. It was $25, which is pricey, but absolutely worth every penny for the quality and experience. Later, I went to the Chocolate Factory in Tulare and bought the same Dubai bar for $20, expecting the same amazing taste. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The flavor was off, the texture didn't compare, and it just didn't taste fresh. I'm not sure if it was made differently or stored poorly, but it felt like a completely different product. Even though the Tulare location was cheaper, the quality wasn't even close. I recently purchased a Dubai Chocolate Bar for $20. According to the staff, it included Kataifi and pistachio cream in the mix. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but upon tasting it, I noticed an issue. I’ve tried other Dubai chocolate bars before, and the Kataifi has never been difficult to chew. A great place to go when you’re shopping at the outlet here. Took my mother and younger brother to get some delicious ice cream. They have plenty of options in terms of sweets from chocolate products like bars or turtles and even truffles to a wide variety of cakes and even some candy apples. On top of that, the staff were very friendly and welcoming as we all had a wonderful time there. Would definitely recommend it if you’re nearby and I will definitely be coming back again.
