Though smaller than many other bridal shops, this cozy, family owned shop is one-of-a-kind. It has a lovely selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, prom dresses, etc. I got my wedding dress here, as well as a veil, tiara, and belt to go with it. I decided to go with a simple dress that fit my style and taste. The owners of the shop were kind and helpful through the whole process, and the prices were a steal! The seamstress who altered my dress (took up the straps, sewed on belt, and hemmed the dress) did an incredible job. The dress was altered perfectly right from the start and never needed additional alterations and it was done in plenty of time before the wedding. They also take payment plans and are flexible with that as long as it’s paid off when you come to pick it up. All-in-all, if you’re looking for a bridal shop and want to avoid the hassle and craziness that comes with a larger, mainstream store, go to Millie’s. So far I have loved everything about this place! I walked in and was instantly welcomed by a man who then got his other half to help me find my wedding dress. I ended up having both their attention AND the alterations lady, I believe, hang out to help me find my perfect dress. Without their help I wouldn't have found it or had half the fun I did. They were easy to talk to and not judgmental at all. They were so kind by making me feel so beautiful in the dress I knew was the one (they even noticed just by my mannerisms that that was MY dress) and the prices are great!! They work well with everyone. I can't wait to go back for the bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dress, and the tuxes! I recommend this shop. Five stars...

I am from Tullahoma but live in Northern Virginia. Every shop I visited up here was WAY out of my budget. I visited my Mom in Tennessee and found a beautiful dress at Millie's that was PERFECT in every way. The staff went out of their way to make me happy and ordered it for me.
