Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Tullahoma

Unfortunately, we won’t be back. It’s a shame because we have always loved papa John’s but the quality and value just isn’t there anymore. Our last trip tonight, we found multiple hairs baked into our pizza. If that weren’t enough, upon looking through the pizza and pulling out hair, there was two different colored hairs. After thinking on it for a little while, this pizza had to have been dropped on the floor. In or near a trash pile. Only explanation I can come up with on how two different colored hairs ended up together in the pizza. I called and explained the issue. The gentleman on the phone said no one worked there with either color hair. I don’t know if that makes it worse or not. He did offer to remake the pizza, I declined because I live 20 minutes away and was at the table with my family. He did offer a free pizza in the future. That’s was kind but we won’t be back for it. I made a order at 6:54 p.m. and was told that it would be 30-40 minutes. Approximately 50+ minutes later I received a cold pizza, the large 5 topping one and not the other pizza from my order. The deliveryman said “sorry, the manager will comp this and I will bring the other pizza”. Fine! I call the store and talk to the manager, Mark, who after I explain the above details of my order, tells me “sorry, we are understaffed and orders are taking an hour or hour and a half. We are understaffed.” I express my frustration and he says we will get our order…eventually and we will not be charged. This is just unacceptable service compounded by unacceptable excuses. I have already crossed the local Dominoes off my list and think doing the same to Papa Johns is coming.

I've loved Papa Johns since I was a child. My fiancé and I ordered a pizza an hour before they closed and paid online with a generous tip. An hour and five minutes pass and we never got a call asking for help finding us. We even left our apartment door open. We called and thankfully someone answered even though they were closed. They said he knocked for a while ("five minutes or more") and called us, which he never did and we confirmed the number on our Papa Johns account and checked that it was on loud. Even if he did call he never left a voicemail. I most likely won't be ordering here again.

Update: just got it after an hour and a half. It's cold and stale. NEVER ordering here again. They offered no new pizza or refund. Bad...
