Five Below — Local services in Tullahoma

Love the variety of the store products however the checkout process is highly annoying. What’s the point of having self check out if employees are having to stand over you and check you out? Had I been a dishonest person today, I could have easily walked out with two lady taffy’s that were in my hand because the employee took the other things I had in my hand and started scanning them.

This definitely needs to change! The last time I was in the employee was so close to me they could probably see my PIN number had I not told them I could do it myself. Love we got this 5 & Below here close to Shelbyville! Went a couple weeks ago and loved the variety selection of things! Went twice during the same week and things sold out quickly so if you go and see something you like I would suggest getting it bc it might not be there the next time you go. 🙂 great layout. The only downside I personally didn't like much was there is only 1 bathroom for each gender or it might have been 1 shared for both. Great store with lots of neat items. When I went, the store looked empty in a lot of places, but it was very busy with the new opening and everything. The parking is impossible simply because there is no room due to tight space. The employees are very helpful and at least act like they care, unlike most stores nowadays. One thing that should be changed is that little space towards the checkout. There is one way to the check out, and if you want to go back, good luck with all the people in there.
