DO NOT BUY JEWELRY FROM HERE!!! Even if you have the protection plan.
I received a ring for my 40th birthday in June 2023 that my mom purchased the protection plan for in case of sizing. I wanted it sized up so I brought it back in to be sized. I was told it would be at least 2-4 weeks turnaround. After SIX WEEKS when I had heard nothing and after several attempts to find out information on the phone, I finally spoke with Sidney, who is apparently the manager of the jewelry department. She said that my ring had been lost in the mail in a package with several other customers’ rings, and she “just hadn’t had the time to call everyone” yet. This was WEEKS after the package was lost! Totally unacceptable.
Sidney offered a refund for my ring, but I requested a replacement ring in the size I wanted, and she stated she would order it for me. This was in July 2023. It is now December 2023 and despite multiple personal in store visits and phone calls, including leaving a message with Gwen, who is apparently a store manager, I have not received my ring nor a refund. I have also NEVER received a call back despite multiple messages being left with various workers in the jewelry department. I will NEVER EVER shop here again. I still want my ring since it was a special gift at a special occasion, but honestly this has been hell to deal with and I’m ready to just give up.
**This review is being written as I sit on the phone with this specific store for the past 26 minutes with no information on my ring. I have been passed around between 3 different people with no one having answers or any clue as to what has happened.
*editing to say after the line going dead between transfers and finally getting a call back from Sidney around 40 minutes since I first called the store, my ring is apparently re-ordered and being shipped directly to my house. The explanation is that my ring was not ordered in July despite being told it was because something about “funds” being released from the protection plan to allow for reordering. Why no one has called me or followed up since July to let me know this is beyond...

I bought a sterling silver necklace with a gold over lay with the protection plan and was told that if it ever needed to be redipped they would be glad to do it. Two years later, I did have them redip it but it came back orange. So I sent it back again and it was still not gold looking, it was still orange looking. They told me that they couldn't return it after two years so they sent it back to the protection plan people and told me that they the protection plan people would have to decide whether or not redip again or would trade me out. I didn't know this when I bought a pair of white gold earrings that I got to wear one day and I lost one but I found the main piece and the said I could buy the protection plan for a lot less because they didn't cost that much and that they would be fixed but the plan only was for two years.
