We purchased 2 box springs low profile on 07/06/2024. Sales person Nina said that she doesn't have it in stock, but she will order it and we can come and pick up on 07/11/2024. When the day came, she called and said that truck broke down, so, company will deliver to our home on 07/13/2024. On that day, truck delivered our box spring to our home. 5 minutes later, without opening plastic I noticed that it is wrong size and called store right away. I asked to call truck back but Nina said that it can be done and warehouse sent what they have in stock. I said that I will not accept wrong size items and she said that she will contact her supervisor. 3 hours later another person called, apologizing for his employee Nina and said he will fix her mistake and we will get right items on 07/19/2024. That person said truck will pick up wrong items and deliver right ones. Nothing happened on 07/19/2024. When we called that person, he said that corporate office didn't schedule delivery, so, we gave to wait another week. I said that I can't wait another week and I want them pick up wrong items and return my payment. Person over the phone said we need to call corporate office on Monday. Today I did and it took me half a day to finally get somebody on the phone. It was some kind manager who said that it is our fault and as soon as items were delivered, company will not refund it. I do have ring camera record of delivery time and time when I made a call to store. Both box spring is still in a plastic and sits exactly in the same spot of house where it was left by company people. We already ordered new items from other company and it was delivered today. All what I need now, is mattress warehouse take back wrong items from my house and give me refund. Attach sales order with model number. When you go on their website and put model number, you can see item with size what we ordered which is 5 inched. We...

I believe i went in on a Wednesday evening to the Mattress Warehouse of Levittown last week, and i was instantly greeted by salesman, Tim V!

i asked him about the Casper bed initially, but he also told me that it was the “bed in the box” and i wasn’t really feeling that. then he started talking about the different types of beds and whatnot and the benefits / pros & cons…VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!

i told him about my love / hate relationship with my current mattress at the time ( i was sinking into my bed in the middle, literally had to crawl outta bed some mornings lol) and the first thing he asked me was, “WOW! do you have any back problems?” i told him no, not at the moment and chuckled. he said good let’s keep it that way! i told him that i’m looking for a firm mattress, good quality, something the sandman can bless me on 😂 but seriously, i needed comfort!

he then showed me the Sealy Posturepedic Plus Albany Memory Foam Queen Mattress 😍 i laid on it and just melted 🫠🥰! i had my old mattress for 9 years and we had some great times, but it was definitely time for some new comfort. i was sold on it after laying on the soft & medium option of the same bed. it was delivered in 2 days and within the guaranteed time window.

delivery was very prompt and quick! in and out! they even took my old mattress for $20 so i wouldn’t have it sitting outside waiting for the trash man! so to end this very long review, if you need a new mattress or any type of bedding, visit my favorite, but knowledgeable salesman Tim V! he will point you in the right direction to get you back on track for future comfort...

Oh my God Rachel is amazing sent Straight from Heaven husband came home and got me out of the bed and told me we must come visit this place I have to come in here and experience in the experience of getting a new bed it was such a pleasure amazing nice to atmosphere her personality the way that she sells is not a sale is a life-changing experience she knows her stuff she gets right down to the point very honest and is a billboard for the store everything that she says is true to the commercial and advertisement of the store this was our first time really experiencing getting a bit we had a mattress for 15 years and we are truly blessed to have met a woman like Rachel very down to earth family person and again very pleasant she is a blessing and I'm not just saying that we literally been in here for 1 hour and it was worth every moment to get the very perfect bed for me and my husband Serta XL hybrid she offered the works we have for pillows we have the adjustable base and we have a fast delivery I cannot wait to sleep in my bed she also told us that we if we do not absolutely love this bed we can bring it back and get what we want but she guarantees it 100%.
