Pasta On Time — Restaurant in Tullytown

This place has gone so far downhill its sad. It used to be a nice place that had good food and customer service. Now all of the food is low quality and the people working there dont make eye contact with you and if you go up to the counter they all wait for someone else to assist you. They will also screw up your order EVERY time so if you're getting food to go make sure to inspect it before you go. They have decided to add random ingredients to things without letting customers know. For instance now they add red peppers to grilled chicken Caesar wraps which makes no sense. They didn't used to put them on and when you call to tell them about it they treat you like an idiot for not asking them to not put them on. Why should I have to ask for no peppers on something that shouldn't have peppers? I used to go out of my way to get food from them but will not be going again. Low quality and bad customer service. Maybe scale back the menu and invest in better associates and better...

The pasta was delicious but it comes with a lot of sauce that was a little too much and overpowered the food. If you don't like a lot of sauce, make sure you specify it. The bread and salad that come with the pasta were pretty good as well. Both the calamari and the pizza were delicious. However, the chicken fingers were very salty and the fries were soggy, even though we asked them to be well done and extra crispy.

UPDATE: I just ordered here and the fries were extremely soggy even though I asked for them well done. I also got a chicken Cesar wrap without tomato. Not only did the wrap have tomatoes, but it also had red peppers which was never listed on the menu. The food here is...

Awful!! We ordered 2 “large” pizzas- one chicken parm, on sausage and peppers, and a Greek salad. It took nearly an hour to get our food (we’re less then a mile away). Spent about $50 on cold, gross pizza. The cheese looked like plastic. Both pizzas had no flavor and the crust was rock hard and tasteless. They didn’t have Greek dressing, for the Greek Salad, so we chose balsamic instead. Which was literally balsamic vinegar, not an actual dressing. I was so disappointed, I wanted to call and tell the manager. We he was “too busy” and told the young man to “take a message”. This just added insult to injury. I will NEVER go back here again.
