Update: I don’t go here because it’s usually a long wait and they always mess something up. Always lol one time I got an entirely different order. This time they just didn’t add the shrimp to the boxes, one box was supposed to be spicy and it’s literally just a mess everytime I go but honestly. I'm not sure if its because everyone currently has to go through the drive through, but its pretty busy. Wasn't given a receipt and the screen on the drive-through doesn't show your order while ordering. Unfortunately I called about 10:15 a.m. on December the 6th and was asking questions about their menu and location because I've never been. I wanted to know whether or not they serve chicken gizzards they rudely hung up on me and refused to answer any more of my calls.,..... I'm a first-time customer is that how you represent your company I'm very disappointed I searched all morning for fried chicken gizzards and who would sell them and got hung up on and then they refuse to answer the phone after that.!!!!!!! Ultimately the food was horrible. It tasted as if it was either cooked in old oil or sitting out for way too long. Having lived in Louisiana for years, I don't have expectations of the Popeyes in the Northeast to taste nearly as good. (Which BTW, there's much better chicken fast food places that the locals frequent not Popeyes) this has been the worst Popeyes I've ever eaten! They push the combos on the menu which is outrageous $14 for two pieces of chicken a side and a drink!! The manager made up a chicken only order for me. He was pretty nice.
