I asked them if they could wrap/roll the 3 soft taco supremes, like they do a burrito, (closing the ends and sides) so they could be eaten one handed and they acted like I was asking them to make all the ingredients by scratch or something! After the guy at the drive thru speaker wasn’t understanding what I was asking, some other guy came over and started to chime in, then ultimately asked me to come around to the window. I again explained what I was asking (something that many other stores have simply done) to the guy at the window and another guy came over, who I found out later, was the assistant manager. He was rude and disrespectful in responding as he was explaining how they wrap their soft tacos and how they cannot fold the ends in. After me saying how this isn’t “rocket science” and how many other stores have easily done it (even if it meant putting a little less stuffings inside), he ultimately said “move on, we will not be serving you”! While I was not shouting or being very loud, I was definitely annoyed and flabbergasted at why they couldn’t understand what I was asking, but also that they couldn’t do something slightly out of the ordinary. I then contacted corporate as well as their customer service, I found out that this store is a franchised owned and operated store and how they would pass the information along to them, but how it was up to the owner to ultimately address it. After not hearing anything, I stopped over there a week later and spoke to a nice guy who stated he was the general manager. I asked if he knew anything what happened and he responded that he only heard how a customer was not happy about something. I then explained everything and he stated how their policy is that it is done a specific way and how they cannot alter anything out of their policy. Now, if the other guy would have simply stated that their policy doesn’t allow them to do what I was asking, I would have either accepted it or moved on, even if it wouldn’t have made much sense. At the same time I was explaining everything to the general manager, the initial rude manager was there and came over and explained his side of the story. I then proceeded to state that if he would have treated me with respect and kindness and said how they cannot deviate from their policy, it would have been end of story even if I wouldn’t have agreed with him. I explained how I went over to a neighboring store and asked if they could fold the ends in, and that manager said “sure, not a problem”.
Bottom line, this TB is in business to serve customers and to treat the customers respectfully. Going above and beyond for a customer is something, you would think, they would want to do, but that’s not the case. While I understand some customers can be rude and how they do have the right to not serve someone, being treated disrespectfully isn’t right. Read moreTwo months ago I order nacho bell grande with no beans or tomatoes but my son arrives with food and there are tons of beans and tomatoes on it. I hadn't ordered from there for a few months prior to that because time before I ordered supreme tacos hard shell no tomatoes and I get soft shell and again tomatoes. But tonight I'm out and I'm starving. I don't have my wallet on me but I do have my PayPal debit card that had like 20.00 on it. So it's Wawa or Taco bell which is opened until 2am via drive through and figure how bad can they mess it up if I order online ? So I go with them. My order comes to like 15 .00 for 2 things which is crazy enough being it's FRIGGEN taco bell, but I submit and pay. The order shows recieved and payment verified and in progress. I do run in Wawa and get ice tea before heading over . It's a little before 1 am when I submit order and their drive through is open until 2 am. I pull up and speaker says they are closed . But I see people in there working so pull up. I have one girl look at me and walk away. It takes 10 mins and have second worker stare right at me and then walk away like TOTALLY IGNORING ME. I HAVE 2 CARS BEHIND ME . So I beep. And two workers look over , roll their eyes but ignore me again. The first car behind me tears out of there . Finally I look at the phone and see they did process my payment and order went over so I get out and knock a few times . Finally a kid comes over and says ".were closed " so I tell him I placed an order a while ago and they took my money .. and he says, " sorry... They should have canceled it " so I ask for a refund and he says " we can't give you one now because we're closed " so I'm still starving but now Im annoyed and the employees there are the most rudest ignorant jerks ever. Over half hour of my time wasted just waiting for one of them. To not ignore me. I could have went home to grab my wallet and ordered from Wawa and eaten in the time it took them to tell me I was screwed and they can't give me money back. Won't ever ever ever...
Read moreThe food was great. Hot and accurate. The man at the drive thru cash window was pleasant. The woman taking orders sounded absolutely miserable. I almost told my mom to pull out of line and we will go to the Taco Bell in Fairless Hills where the team is super nice. This team member didn't answer the headset until we said hi (which we did wait some time because I understand they may have been busy on the inside, but we also thought maybe they closed early). When we asked if they had Mexican pizza, the woman seemed super annoyed- she sternly and abruptly said "no and we're never getting it back." OK that's fine. We continued with our order which she proceeded to rush through with saying "anything else?" After every item we ordered. Then she asked if we needed sauce and my mom said "can we add a side of sour cream?" And the woman responded with "I SAID, DO YOU NEED SAUCE." We get to the food window & she handed out the drinks with no greeting, no "hi" or "how are you?". She proceeded to take an order off a shelf (I guess a mobile order for the next guest) and she threw it on the drive thru window ledge. Extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience after dealing with her.
