I attended the recent grand opening of this Abby’s Jewelry location and the experience far exceeded my expectations. Abby and her staff were extremely kind, generous and appreciative of everyone who attended. It was wonderful to see some of their longtime loyal customers in attendance and the store itself is absolutely stunning. I did not go intending to purchase anything, but wanted to show my support. However, there are so many gorgeous, unique pieces, I couldn’t help but find one I loved and had to purchase. I was out running errands Friday (Halloween) I pulled into ABBY'S to get a new watch battery. I arrived right at 5:00 pm and was greeted by their security guard who opened the door for me. The employee inside asked how he could help me? I replied I needed a watch battery...he stated they were just getting ready to close even though the business hours on the door stated they are open until 6:00. Closing early for Halloween.. I was disappointed, much to my surprise he stated to give him my watch and he would replace my battery! 😊 He replaced it and reset the time, it was a very fair price $10 + tax.
