Willingness to install quality new equipment purchased elsewhere, unlike the vast majority of Sellers who install. Just under 1 hour for my seamless dual Dash Cam install by the Master Tech; the Owner made exception by not charging a full hour Labor, as my wait was 30 minutes longer than planned. I did not have to ask for such a gesture from the Owner and Entrepreneur seeking to win your business and loyalty.

The Owner's knowledge of vehicle audio visual equipment, custom fabrication to Electrical Engineering was quite impressive.

Employees at the area's giant and Monopolistic electronics Mega-Chain Stores are underpaid and undertrained despite massive premiums placed upon Customers for electronics that must be purchased at the Mega-Chain Store before scheduling overpriced installation (quite often electronics sold at a premium beyond that of major Online Retailers).

However, U.S. Small Businesses are seizing opportunity where large Corporation's Leadership overcharging, due to lack of percieved Competition, has left Consumers searching for alternatives. I found CZC is my alternative.

Can’t say enough good things about the professionalism of the shop. Long story short, had some secondhand audio equipment installed by a different local shop which started having issues, to which they started to want to replace things with upcharged components. Took it for a second opinion to another well-known shop who told me everything was garbage and tried to sell me $1000 worth of different equipment. Then I took it over to Code Zero and Cody, the owner, was nice enough to come out and crawl all through my truck to find out what the issue could be, tested it with his equipment, and even took it apart to find out the root cause. He respectfully pointed out with the other installer had done that was likely causing the issues and how it could be fixed. He never once tried to sell me anything. When he was done we walked inside and he presented me some options to fix it, but made sure and pointed out it was all about what I wanted to do. I had him put me on the schedule for the next week and an hour and a half appointment later it sounds like a different system. I’ll take my business to an honest shop any day...
