Always enjoy trying new coffee locations! Upon arriving, the menu was easy to understand, and the specialty menu was placed directly in front of your face. I went ahead and got the pumpkin pie, iced latte, small. The barista quoted that it came with three standard shots of espresso, and the picture looked absolutely delicious.

I think the drive-through location is a clash with modern and throwback 80s vibe. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products, loved this location.

Notes on the coffee/product itself, it is very good. However, I will say the product did not look like the picture, and for having three shot shots of espresso, I think it is a little weak in the coffee aspect. Now, obviously that is not a negative by any means as far as taste. Simply had to deduct one star in the food category, just for the lack of strength in the espresso considering there are three shots and a 16 ounce iced latte.

Really wanted to try the Rocketcinno they had advertise, but was advised that it did not have espresso, and each shot with me an additional $.90. However, it is coffee based. That is why I switched over to the iced latte instead.

Very rude I pull up waiting in lane for maybe 15 mins while the customer service lady was holding a conversation with a customer that already received their food I didn’t see no one ask her to move when she had cars behind her , so I come to the window I order my drink she bought back a drink that was really milky it was suppose to be a Italian soda with a lil cream in it I ask her why is it milky to the older lady she said well I have my manager make it so she came back with another’s one still look milky and the cup was over flowing to where it spill in my car so in wiping it up the last came to the window and I told me to move because she cars behind me i look at her and said I’m wiping what spill in my car because I over flow it so I got a lil irritating and told I just want my money back she said no I said give me my money back she then told me to drive around to the other window and her money from there is this how you guys treat your customer or was it because I was dark and the customer infront...

Usually 5 star. This morning ordered oatmeal. (Ask if I wanted honey or cream in it) no thank you just regular. Got to work and opened the sack. No spoon. Hmmm eat with my fingers? Then realized the oatmeal had never been cooked. Uh? Never happened before. No one was behind me in line but obviously in a hurry. Never had this happen. So can't give food more than a 1, should be a zero. I'll write a good reveiw next tine if this gets right. Actually love the place but this is ridiculous.
