UPDATE I would like to recognize Gabrielle on the outstanding technical support and Dan for the Follow up. The resolve was fantastic, this company is genuine about their products. Every issue or questions I had was addressed with the utmost professionalism. This was a very positive experience for me, and I will continue to make purchases from them throughout my new career. It is so wonderful to have a company you can count on! They go above and beyond to aid the technical setups and ensure customer satisfaction. Hello everyone, I am very excited to start the first quarter of the year as an independent contractor. I found out about this company from an affiliate link.
My order arrived about 3 days ago 3/26/2024. I live on the east Coast, so it took about 2 weeks to arrive. I appreciated the confirmation email that was sent in regards to the charges on my card. Everything was well packaged, some scratches and debris, but over all everything appeared to be functional.
After I got everything set up, I pressed the power buttons on the monitor and the CPU tower. The tower was running (I could hear the motor going) and the monitor was asleep, (orange light) but the computer would not turn on (a green and orange light blinked once and then no more; no image was displayed on the monitor)
**For anyone new to this like me, please note that shops that sell refurbished items may have scratches and oils/debris on them as mine did, but it should still run like new (I had to research that because I was shocked that there was as much wrapped up in \with\ my keyboard, but as long as it worked I would have over looked it, because the savings are amazing! š
Unfortunately, I had to call tech support because my computer is not in operation yet. I called on 3/27/2024 at about 11:50AM and had a very pleasant interaction with a kind lady who informed me that tech support was out for a pickup and it may be 24 hours before someone gets back in touch with me. Emails and phone numbers were provided , but I haven't heard from anyone yet.
This situation may not be the same for all cases, but this was my experience, I will provide an update on all attempts and the resolution.
I hope that some help may be prioritized and expedited so that I can start the next steps in my first business! šŖš½š

Sent me a broken pc, sent it back for repairs, was told ādonāt really know what went wrong but we fixed itā got it sent back with windows non fucbtiontioning and had my time wasted for two weeks first trying to get a legal proper windows key as they sent me ones already in use multiple times and then wasted days explaining windows was not downloaded properly and I needed help redownloading it. They refused to listen and I missed out on weeks of work. Now they are refusing to send me the return label as they are mad I am sending back their non functioning computer. I would like to add as an edit to Danielās response, while they did cease payment the original problem was a hardware issue, the pc I paid for had windows included. They sent it back with windows non operational and gave me in use or fake keys. When I finally got a real key I couldnāt download any of my work systems as they failed download windows itself properly. I asked for assistance over multiple days and was ignore or put on the back burner while they āfixed itā over team view multiple times. These issues all fall under their umbrella as the pc I paid for in contract should have these systems on and operational. They refused to listen to me and cannot own up to their mistakes and his response proves it. They finally sent me my return label only after seeing this review, and spammed it multiple times to my email at that as retaliation. I cannot stress enough not to work with them. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI purchased a computer from them on 10/29/2023, to service clients with Arise Work From Platform. The computer has know sound and it freezes a lot. I sent them an email about this and they said it was my internet, mind you I have another desk top hard wired in for my main job for a mortgage company and that computer works just fine. They never address the issue of no sound from my computer, I can only hear when I plug in my earphones. Also on 02/17/2024 Arise had some training sessions so we could get our log in, well my computer would not complete a security update, so I couldn't access the Arise program we needed to log into the client we are serving. Arise Tech support spent 2 hours trying to fix it and told me I needed to reach out to WAHES because something is wrong with the OS system. Well today 02/19/2024 sent me an email, really not addressing the issue. Then someone text me and was trying to help me through text. I asked him if he could call me instead of texting me so I could explain the problem, he said no because he is off line, but they are open today. He said I was refusing help because I would rather have someone call me instead of texting which is crazy! I need someone to call me and walk me through this, not text me through it. I'm very upset and I will not be purchasing another computer from them, not if I have issues like this.
