Im Clayton, Facilities director of Vortex Fluid Systems, A fabrication shop and oil equipment specialist out of Tulsa.

We have 15 acres of property and over 30,000 square feet of buildings. Needless to say we have a lot of concrete pads.

Experience and knowledge: Over the years I've worked with many companies and contractors including quite a few for concrete pads and drive ways. Trevor at Okcrete is by far the best I've worked with. His knowledge of concrete is amazing. He explains it in a way that the average Joe can understand, but his years of experience can give some better insight to even an experienced contractor. That puts the power in your hands to make a better informed decision on your concrete needs.

At Vortex, we believe in making a product that lasts and doing the job right. That's something Okcrete shares the same belief in.

Strength starts at the foundation. Our facility has a lot of heavy equipment rolling around 24/7 so we requested an extra thick pad with extra rebar and footings, something Okcrete was happy do for us.

Communication is a huge thing for me, that's something Okcrete does excellent at. I was constantly informed through out the entire process. I had peace of mind with consistent updates and walk through of the project. Everyone at Okcrete from Trevor to his crew Fischer, Dillon and Leo was always available to answer any questions with a trustworthy educational answer.

Okcrete was fast and dedicated to get the job done. They were trustworthy enough that we left them with our gate codes and keys. They work tirelessly to get the job done.

This is our second pad with Okcrete and of many more to come. Honestly, quality, trustworthy, and experienced are just a few headlines that insure that Okcrete will be pouring all of our future pads.

I will be recommending OKCrete to all of my family, friends, and neighbors. I contacted them to give me a bid on fixing a retaining wall that a tree on my property compromised. Mr. Holcombe was very professional and highly knowledgeable. The conversation we had made things clear that he is a man with integrity and he has high standards for his work. I decided to give him my business and I'm so happy I did. In addition to fixing my retaining wall I had them replace the concrete walkway leading to my front door, as well as adding a new concrete walkway going from my driveway to my backyard. I love the way things turned out and several neighbors have complemented the work. The price was fair and the quality was high. Mr. Holcombe held true to his word when he was unsatisfied with the finish on a couple of areas. He redid those sections immediately and without any additional charges. He told me during that interaction that while the walkway was going to be structurally fine, it didn't meet his standards ascetically. Obviously it added a little more time to the job but I didn't mind. He and his crew worked efficiently, were very respectful to my property, and cleaned up after themselves. The whole experience has been great and he has contacted me since completing the job to ensure that I was still happy with everything. OKCrete is the real deal. I will be a repeat customer without a doubt.

I meant what I said about being a repeat customer of OKCrete. I was so pleased with the previous work they did that I had them back out to pour a new front porch and set a new post. OkCrete was doing a job for my neighbor across the street. While doing a job for her, they quoted my next door neighbor for a replacement front porch which my neighbor accepted. Also needing a front walkway replaced, I asked for a quote and they obliged. They were able to get all 3 jobs done in a day and a half and the work looks great. Craftsmanship, 5 stars. I also asked for a much larger job for a retaining wall in my backyard. Ten days later, still no quote or communication that they're working on it or why there is a delay on the quote. Additionally, when I was prepared to pay, I was told there was no website to pay online and then told that if I use a card, there would be a 3% upcharge. I double checked the quote and the invoice and nothing was said about the additional charge. Communication, 4 stars. Everyone I spoke with on the job or on the phone was friendly, polite and professional. I feel that since their crew, equipment and the concrete truck were already going to be next door and across the street, the never-mentioned service fee could've been waived. All in all, I'm very pleased with the quality of work and the end product, but I would like to see an easier way to pay online instead of playing phone tag and their paperwork needs to reflect that a service fee will be charged for any...
