I love Ella + Orchid! The owner hand picks everything in her store with care and genuinely cares about her clients and the service she provides. She goes above and beyond to create connections and community, and gives back (as one example, she helped clear teacher wish lists at the start of this school year). I noticed a few negative reviews left about politics that are not only false but are defamatory. This store does not cater to one political sector over another and to say any different is ridiculous. Attempting to bring down a local business is tacky, especially when this business goes above and beyond to champion inclusivity! In town this weekend visiting family and exploring some of the new areas. My friends had recommended Ike's in the Meadow Gold District because they know my love for testing the capabilities of my arteries. While meandering around I stumbled across Ella and Orchid, and knowing niece always expects Uncle Mike to deliver a gift I thought I'd check it out. This little gem was tucked behind Red Light Chicken and just off 11th.
