Howdy Burger is a new addition to the burger scene in Tulsa, offering a variety of burgers, fries, and chicken sandwiches. The burgers are cooked on a flat-top grill and served on fluffy potato buns, with options for single, double, or triple patties. The signature Howdy Burger comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and rodeo sauce, a lightly seasoned condiment that adds some flavor to the meat. The meat itself is thin and crispy, reminiscent of Shake Shack or other smash burgers. The cheese is melted and gooey, and the bun is soft and fresh. The burger is wrapped in paper, which helps keep it warm and juicy.
The fries are thin-cut and crispy and can be ordered plain or loaded with cheese, bacon, and rodeo sauce. The loaded fries are a hearty and satisfying side dish, with the sauce adding some creaminess and tang to the potatoes. The chicken sandwich is another option for those who prefer poultry over beef. The chicken is hand-breaded and fried to order, resulting in a crunchy and tender piece of meat. The sandwich comes with lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a potato bun, but can be customized with other toppings as well.

Read moreI came here expecting to hate it. I had a lot of fond memories at Lot A Burger and was sad to see it go, despite how fast it degraded over the recent years. The menu here seemed expensive and the parking lot was empty. I got the double cheeseburger combo which was $10 dollars. After I paid I expected to sit there forever since I only saw one person working but he had it out in less than 2 minutes! Thinking it was old food or something I reached in to try a fry and that was when I knew I was in for a treat. Easily some of the best fries I've had out of a drive through in years. Super crispy, soft inside, perfectly salted & HOT. The burger couldn't hide from me for long. The bun was buttery and soft, the veggies were juicy, fresh and free from any of the unripe spots or stems that a lot of joints leave on tomatoes, the condiments were evenly distributed and not overwhelming, but the true stars were the incredibly juicy patties. Definitely 100% beef with that fresh cooked cripy rim. The burger melts in your mouth and was not any amount of labor to finish. I haven't had burger anxiety while watching my food slowly deplete (knowing soon it'll all be over 🤣) in quite a long time! Now that we are separated I cannot stop thinking about her. I'll be...
Read moreI have been very reluctant to try Howdy Burger, not sure why. Maybe it is the weird contrived name “Howdy Burger!” What does that mean. Is the burger saying “Howdy” to me, or am I saying “Howdy” to the burger? This just bothers me. Well anyway we tried it. I went with the classic two patty burger and fries. My wife got a single and we split the fries. Lots of thin hot crisp McDonalds style fries! Being very cautious of the Rodeo Sauce, didn’t have a clue what it was. We asked for it on the side. The nice lady taking our order disclosed the secret formula. Mayonnaise, Mustard, Ketchup and Pickle Juice. A concoction that needs my approval before contaminating a good burger. It wasn’t bad. I thought it was better as a dip for the fries than on the burger. The two-meat patty burger originated on the grill as hand rolled balls. Then squished to form thin authentic ragged edge home style looking patties. Grilled to a slightly crisp finish and topped with cheese. The cheese dominated the thin burger patties. It is very cheesy. Add lettuce tomato and onion. So, what happened to the pickles that were in the pickle juice? A good tasting basket of burger and fries. I like it! Clean restaurant, friendly staff, order at the counter food delivered...
