EZPAWN — Local services in Tulsa

I was in the Utica pawn shop and had SEVERAL items in pawn. In order to get everything I owned out it cost 500 dollars. After I get home with all my stuff I notice that the guy( and older man whom took forever locating my belongings) had brought me an empty case to my Xbox one game. It was missing, I immediately thought oh here we go. Well when called the man told me if it wasn't in there then it wasnt in there when i pawned the item. So i asked him if they was in the habit of taking empty cases cause Ive been told a FEW times this disk isnt good enough. or there is no disk. after this argument i get shoveled over to the manager who says she can give me a free game. I go down to the pawn shop to get my game replaced and also pawn an item Ive had in multi pal times. well after my complaint and game replacement the manager tries to rip me off on my item. An item i have always gotten 50 bucks for they refused to go over 10. All of this was done in front of other guests which was a little embarrassing. but mainly irritating since i have been a customer of ezpawn since 2000. needless to say i went down the road to another ezpawn and got what i normally get on my loan. But since this manager has NOT one bit of conman since when it comes to customer satisfaction.Not to mention she was working in shorts that looked panties and a skimpy shirt. grose! I refuse to go to ezpawn again. I talked to a manager at a different pawnshop and will be going to american pawn to get the same amount...

I don't know why this location is able to stay open they up sold me the protection plan on Xbox One x for my son the day before Christmas it stopped working a couple weeks ago stop playing video to the screen so I took it in they said that there's nothing they can do the protection plan was only to last the 24 hours and if it didn't bring it back to that time then I was basically I was screwed feel like I was talked up into the protection plan for no reason at all take it to a second location they ended up telling me that I could bring it back but the protection plan wasn't on the receipt and there was no proof of us buying it but I had the receipt in my hand very dissatisfied with this business in general it was only for my son is 13 years old and wanted his only thing for Christmas I got it for a minute it only worked for a month and a half it's sad that people get away with these things they in age I paid extra for the protection plan and don't even get to use it that's crazy it was an internal problem with the unit it should have...

Stopped in Friday early evening looking for a camera a young man was right there to help after we walked in very friendly & mannerly smelled nice as well tried to assist but dang their prices were triple for the same camera we had looked at at the first place CA I said no to the camera but got a couple movies and a pair of polarized Ralph Lauren sunglasses I was partial to the blue ones but everyone told me these looked really good on me so I went with them the lady that was checking out another customer gave me the business card I took some quick videos so the two EZ could be compared I guess we were there on a good day because I didn't see the workers as "tweekers" and the store was well I'll let you decide HV yourselves a...
