I thought that Kohls did better than this... I placed an online order on 3/31/24 via this store location. That order was shipped via UPS and, later, on 4/9, turned over to USPS and eventually delivered to my home on 4/10/24. On 4/2/24, Kohls marked my packages as delivered to my home address that day, but that never occurred because the order was actually marked to be transferred to USPS that day, while USPS actually waited for days more to receive the items. And then my statement was marked as due on 4/10/24. The statement was marked as being due before my order ever shipped OR delivered, and marked as due jusr three days after placing my order on my Kohls charge before the order even shipped out OR delivered to the USPS for final shipping. I called Kohls and my call was outsourced overseas and the woman that I spoke with was difficult to understand and she seemed to barely understand me. Also, she kept insisting that my Kohls order wasn't marked as delivered while I was looking at it on my computer showing as already delivered to my home address when it had not been delivered to my home and was still on the way to USPS via UPS. I have screengrabs of their app showing so, as well as in their website URL, which stayed that way through 4/12/24. When viewing my online statement, that statement reads that I'm past due and paying late. It's 4/13/24. Kohls has mucked up badly, and now I don't trust them. Also, because they've changed the order info/delivery info online (I took screenshots of that also. The store showed deliver via UPS while USPS actually delivered the packages on 4/10/24.) the billing became incorrect. They haven't fixed the billing. I paid with my Kohl's charge but haven't ever had to pay my Kohl's statement before they ship out the items, much less before the items are delivered or before the order was transferred via UPS TO USPS, nor just a few days after placing an order. Nor have I ever called KOHLS only to have them outright lie to me, nor for them to change the shipping information in the app! I'm not sure what this is about, but the billing is just wrong! I attempted to pay early just to avoid issue while the app popped up an odd question asking if I'm sure I want to pay because my payment is already days late. That makes no sense and seems so goofy to add that insult! I'm afraid that Kohls is so messed up, that they have no clue what they're doing. Now I've got to use my screenshots to report this, which is very underhanded of them. Shopping at Kohls has turned into a nightmare by them making my orders so messed up both in mailing via 2 couriers and the so called late billing. And now they want to declare my payment as late when it is not late. Just unbelievably ignorant...

I went in to this Kohl's to drop off an Amazon return today. I was given a $5 Kohl's coupon by the Amazon associate, So I decided to take a look around. I found some athletic pants for $12 but when I went to check out, they wrang up wrong, they came up as $25. With attitude the cashier told me she wouldn't do anything about it. So I took the item to costumer service. The nice associate there said she would need a manager. The manager (he said his name was Brandon) proceded to tell me the tag had been swapped, so I pointed out to him that it was a fresh tag, no signs of tampering or removal. So it had to have been an employee who put the tag on wrong. He told me that he didn't know what happened, but he didn't care, and that the price was going to be the $25. I asked him why should the customer suffer for the mistake of his employee? He just repeated that it was going to be $25 and asked if I still wanted it. I replied with a "no thank you" and let him know that I would have to leave a review about the transaction. Which he spat back with "be my guest, my name is Brandon and I'm the store manager here" with just as much rude attitude as he had started with. I may have left this ordeal at the counter if it hadn't been for the ridiculous attitude that I was given throughout the ordeal. This Kohl's needs to train it's employees, and learn to take care of its customers.
Side note: the store was in absolute shambles when I walked through, things strewn all over the place. It was not busy in...
Read moreItems are absolutely overpriced. I personally don't go shopping there at all. God knows for whatever reason might take my mother there to go do her shopping. Here's an example of what happens: there's a sale on a shirt for $5.99 regular price is $13.99. Get to check out scans regular price. It does get corrected but takes a manager to get it overridden. No big deal. This was on Tuesday 10-20-20. Two days later we decided to get another shirt. The exact same one. The sale is still going on. You can guess what took place. Because we had already made the purchase on the Kohl's credit card and didn't catch it till afterwards they wanted us to return it at the return counter and then have it credited to the credit card. The question I had for the salesperson was why wasn't this corrected two days ago. Response:"well we could have a sale one day and it can go back to the regular price and have a sale again another day" Are you kidding me? That is the lamest excuse I had ever heard for just not correcting the price in the system. Edit . Location Kohl's on Delaware Ave. Tulsa, Oklahoma. on a Positive note : all Kohl's that I have taken my mother to have been very clean...
