Worst service I have ever had. Burnt steak, forgot to put my order in, manager didn't even apologize for horrible service and they charged us for everything. Story: Wife and I order and they put my wife's order in the system and the system crashed when it was time to take my order. Waitress wrote my order down. No problem. My wife gets her salad and I thought it was weird they didn't bring them out together. Again no big deal. Wife's main dish comes out (a little charred, no big deal) and I still don't have my salad and my meal did not come out. I ask the guy helping bring out the orders if I can get my salad. Waitress comes over and asks if we wanted two plates, so we could share my wife's order. I calmly said, no I'd like my salad and my meal I ordered. She says oh so sorry, what did you order again and for the second time writes down my order and blamed the glitch in the system. Manager comes out and I think she's coming to apologize, but she apologized about the prime rib and we didn't even order that, so I mentioned my salad and she says oh yeah I heard that order come in. The prime rib issue was the table behind us and manager handled that situation well. After 2 tables that came in after were getting their main courses, the waitress is bringing my salad, so again calmly I asked if we could have 3 boxes and the check. She brings the boxes and check with my main course. I ordered medium rare, which it was, but since they were trying to hurry, they burnt the outside of the steak, still did not complain. At this point I'm waiting for the manager to come out and apologize like she did with the other table...she never came. I don't think the waitress told her manager she forgot to put my meal in. Expecting at least a little discount for the horrible service, we get my check and the waitress apologized for the delayed meal as I'm boxing it up, because now I'm pissed and she hands me an $80 receipt with no discount. I should have asked for the manager, but I didn't want anyone to get in trouble. First time in my life I didn't leave a tip, even with bad service, I usually leave 10-15%, because I usually tip 20%, with good service. My wife still tried leaving $5 in cash, but I asked her please don't leave a tip. Maybe petty of me, but it took everything I had to not get upset. This really was the worst service I ever had, mainly from the waitress. Every one else I asked for help from were very prompt and helpful. Read moreThe past two times I have went with my husband in the evening and the waitress serving us crossed serval boundaries in unwanted conversation. I had politely made it clear both times I did not want further conversation than what was needed with her. She came back after serving food while we are eating - pulled out her phone to show bakini pictures of herself on vacation and then continued by making a rude insult to me, she said I looked like an old woman off some show and pulled her phone again to compare me to the photo. Literally held up her phone to the side of my face. That was the first time. I was unhappy being insulted during my meal first off and I was extremely upset by the unessacery comments and remakes while trying to enjoy a night out with my husband. We waited a few months and decided to go back and try it again. The same server was there and we did not sit in her section. She waited until we were done and the approchard us and can up to me and said " haven't I served you before?" Then went again to bring up me looking like someone, invited herself to sit down by my husband and I and continue in conversation that I made clear I did not want to be bothered again. Once again it was our time out and this person was not reading any of the social ques to please leave us alone and most definitely not to insult the person sitting there. I couldn't have been more u comfortable both times. It's not okay and this employee should be address about inappropriate conversation, shows pictures of herself, making unessacery comments and remarks and most importantly not imposing on someone's night out together.... Read moreThis was a carry order on Wednesday 6pm. We ordered the Bone in Ribeye which was very good -cooked to order, fine cut of meat, seasoned perfectly. The side item of Brussels sprouts did have several stems still attached. We also ordered 2 blue cheese Pecan salads which were very pathetic looking more like a small garden salad. Barely any lettuce, no blue cheese crumbles 4 -half pieces of pecans. Almost no dressing in 2oz container. The bread loaf included was delicious but small for three people but complimentary and more available had we been dining in person. The salads though were a disappointment. Not what you’d expect for the prices and from a calibre of restaurant of such higher quality.
After placing the to carry out order, we waited at the bar-ordered two mixed drinks. The bartender service was very slow and lacking customer attention for being the only people sitting at the bar. The Apple whiskey (Jameson Whisky, monin apple syrup, citrus mix and soda water) was good and would be something I’d order very much order again.
The margarita was just okay kind of subpar for expectation. Again this was a to go order which does leave a lot room for errors and quality control however after pre-giving an $8 tip to the person handling the to-go order, you would expect more in quality assurance than just handling it. Had we’d dined at the table the salads would have been corrected as the presentation would have been obvious.
Update: the restaurant did attempt to reach out to us after the review posting which we declined to further follow up but appreciated in gesture so...
