Took my ring into the BA location to have my rings seperated and on my hands there was a missing diamond. Made it very clear I wanted my rings seperated which I was told would be $50-60 and would take a week... then also just check and see how much it would cost to replace the missing diamond. I was called to tell me to replace the diamond and another one that was shattered it would cost me $327, I said no thank you dont replace the diamonds, get a call a few days later my ring is ready, go in to pick it up and my rings are still together, I asked why she said you said not to do it. That was never the conversation we had, my ring was dirty and had a big red mark on one of the diamonds, just hands me my ring back like that! I asked them to get the red off my diamond, after several attempts she couldnt get it all off, also I noticed they were going to charge me $75 to separate them. Did nothing to accommodate me and my frustration so I left and will not be back. Going to Jared's where they are going to charge me $53 and get it back to me...

I went with my dad to buy a simple silver chain to go with a pendant he already had for his lovely girlfriend. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the woman had helped him pick out the perfect chain in less than ten minutes. While she was ringing up his purchase I was looking around when someone asked if anyone owned the dog at the door. My dad's dog had rolled down the truck window and jumped out and came to the door. They opened the door and she ran in and everyone was petting and loving on her until it was time to leave. When we got back in the car my dad was so impressed with the way the woman had packaged his purchase. He said, "She wrapped this $60 chain as if it were a $50,000 item." My dad is not easily impressed but her having taken the time to put the chain in a small pretty bag with some tissue put a huge smile on his face. Being nice to his sweet dog and letting her run around was just a bonus....

I can't explain the dedication and heart of the employees. I've known the Moody's Crew for over 3yrs now. I've seen the good and the bad. I'm grateful for the time and heart put into every detail. It's very impressive the knowledge of the crew and the leadership that brings it all together. Ive had some very good heartfelt moments and made some good memories. They have always been very helpful in every way. I'm grateful of each employee who has taken the time to help me and my family and my team through the years. We look forward to every moment.
