I brought in 7 working locks to get rekeyed. They told me it would be a few hours and they would call me when they were done. A few hours came and went with no call.

I went to the store later that day and they had just started working on the locks before I arrived. I waited for an hour and they seemed to be having trouble with one of the locks. The guy told me they needed another 30 minutes.

I took the rest of the locks with me and figured I could pick up the last one the next day. The locks that were done worked but the key was sticky in all of them. Hopefully that will go away after a while.

The next day I called and the lock still wasn't ready. Later in the day I was in the area and I stopped by. They told me that the lock was already broken before they started working on it, but they gave me a similar looking lock to replace it.

I installed the lock and it didn't work with my door. I took it back to the store and they acted like it was my problem. I told them that all the locks were working when I brought them in and now I was out a lock.

They said that maybe they could order another lock but that the guy that could do that wasn't there at that time. They took my name and number and promised to call me. 2 weeks later and the store has never called me.

I will never use this business again and I recommend that no one else...

ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WILL NOT LET ME POST OTHERWISE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I locked my keys in my vehicle and since this place advertises as being open 24/7, I called around 6:00-6:05 on a Friday morning. The man told me that once he starts out my way, I am not allowed to cancel. I asked him what the cost would be BEFORE I said that I would use his services. He told me $120.00. I was in Saltillo, MS. Roughly 5 minutes from the Tupelo WalMart. After he told me the price, I informed him that I would call back later. Not that I would call back if I couldn’t find anyone else, just simply that I would call back later. He responded with “don’t call back later motherf*er!” and hung up. I was able to call another business after they opened and they came out and only charged $38. Definitely worth being a little late to work, and worth not dealing with someone who was rude! If you advertise as a 24/7 business and charge such a ridiculous price, you have no right to curse out and hang up on a potential customer!!!! DEFINITELY DO NOT...
