I am writing about the Taco Bell near the hospital, so I hope this is the correct one. About a month ago, my 88-year-old dad had been released from the hospital, and I took him to his surgeon for a checkup. He loves Taco Bell, so after the appointment we stopped by to get him something to eat. It was around 11:00 A.M. First, we went through the drive-through. I said, "Hello" several times, but there was no response. I then parked and went in. I ordered Dad's food on the order board, and there was no acknowledgement that I was there. Finally, an annoyed worker saw me. She didn't greet me, even though there were no more customers. I asked what was taking so long, and she snapped, "Well, you should have gone through the drive-through." I told her that I had, and no one had responded. I finally got Dad's food, and I walked outside to take a picture of the building. The employee followed me outside, and she demanded to know what I was doing. I told her that I was going to put a review on Google Maps. Then she glared at me and went inside. By the way, Dad enjoyed his food, even though I had a TERRIBLE experience with...
Read moreI didn't even want to give them one star. I've been around a whole group of kids 5-10 years old that acted more mature than the staff. Then while waiting on my food I over heard someone at the window requesting the manager. The employee said tell them she's busy. The still requested her and I heard her yelling that she wasn't coming to the window. My family was a burden on them and they weren't even busy. Definitely won't go back to this location. To add one person I was with ordered a steak burrito they gave him to new steak fries nachos whatever it's called and told him that's how he ordered it before realizing they messed up and read the order wrong. They had to remake it and basically took the fries out and dumped the tray in a tortilla and rolled it up. I dont expect a 5 star experience bc its just taco bell but I've never seen so many immature adults in...
Read morePulled up to drive thru at 12:30 a.m. 4 cars parked, waiting for their order. One car in front of me at speaker. 3 employees out back- one smoking, one sweeping, one standing and talking. Finally, the one just talking goes back inside and comes out with a bag. When he comes back, he and another employee come out with a bag stuffed with food, get in their car and bye-bye. Sweeper finishes sweeper NG and the smoker finishes her cigarette and they go back in. We've been at the speaker for 5 minutes now and even the crickets had gone to sleep. Three more minutes and nothing. By now two more cars had pulled in behind me. At 12:39 we all pull out at the same time. Went to TB on West Main, ordered, paid, left with food...
