This place is totally AWESOME!! Great Pricing!! I have a little story behind this review. Here we go..when I was about 15, I went to Sea World, where they had a place to pick a clam and get a pearl. I bought 2 clams and got 3 pearls. I put them in a jewelry box, and that's where they stayed. Advance the story to now I am 60 something and my parents past away. In the mix of it all went through jewelry box and found those pearls. I wanted a new birthstone ring, so I decided to have a ring specially made with my birth stone and the pearls with some of the money I inherited. Since my parents and I were on vacation when I got the pearls. It would all tie in together. I took a picture of what I liked with some changes. They special made this ring from scratch. Kept me informed on what was happening with the ring, asking my opinion every step of the way. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The ring turned out beautifully!! Am so very pleased with the service, time frame, and price!!! I also needed new prongs on wedding ring. They were the cheapest in town and did an awesome job on that ring. Heartbreaking Experience – I Would Never Recommend This Place

Do not trust this store with your sentimental or valuable jewelry. I brought in my wedding rings to be repaired, and what I got back left me in tears for weeks. Until I found a different store that did exactly what I asked for with ease. Which makes me feel like I can finally write this review. I asked for my two rings to be welded together in the back to form a single, solid band. Instead, they did a small dot of weld and told me it was “good enough.” I also asked for a diamond on the left side to be replaced. They used a visibly smaller stone that didn’t match the others and melted the surrounding metal in the process. When I called to express my concerns, I was met with rudeness and defensiveness. They eventually replaced the diamond correctly, but then claimed the weld I originally requested was “impossible” and altered the bands so much that they became thin, fragile, and likely to break with regular wear. These were my wedding rings — deeply sentimental and symbolic. If you value your jewelry and your peace of mind, please go somewhere else. I would never want anyone else to go...

Excellent Customer Service!! We took my wife's wedding set in to have the bands worked on. My wife wasn't happy with how the ring turned out when we picked it up. Ms. Patty offered to refund our money in full and re-do the setting to ensure that my wife was happy with the rings. Although we would not accept the refund, we allowed her to redo the set. The new setting looks amazing and my wife could not be happier with how it turned out. You can't fully tell how good a company's customer service is until after a problem arises and the steps they take to resolve the problem. They did everything necessary to ensure that my wife was happy with the end product, no matter what it took. I would definitely recommend anyone to use them...
