I will never shop at Krazzy Deals again. On $2 day, I had my baby with me, and as we were leaving the store, I didn’t realize he had tried on a different pair of shoes and kept them on. As soon as I noticed, I turned right back around to return them and look for the shoes he came in with—only to find they were already gone. Instead of handling the situation with basic understanding or professionalism, a staff member accused me of stealing and said they had cameras to “prove it.”
I came back in good faith to make things right, and they treated me like a criminal over something my toddler unintentionally did. The whole experience was embarrassing, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. Honestly, I’ve lost all respect for how they run their business. The workers are much more friendly, and they don't pick through the merchandise to pull out the high dollar items. The merchandise isn't quite as good as before, but I can still find really good products for a steal, on Fridays. The store itself,needs to be a bit larger. As it is right now, the isles are to narrow with a large amount of people, all with buggies. You can't pass another customer with a buggy, without side swiping each other, every single time. That gets really annoying, very quick. The floor space is available to expand into the furniture side of the unit. Just an extra 10 ft Would be so helpful in navigating through the isles.
