Horrible experience for a letterman jacket that costs over $600 and took over 3 months to receive with no communication. I talked to 3 different young ladies that were all rude, unprofessional, and not knowledgeable of the products being sold in their work place. They said it would be ready in 6-8 weeks, I called for an update after 9 weeks they stated that they were only pending two # patches. I then called back after the 13th week and they said they would have to speak to a “manager” in which they returned my call after speaking to a “manager” and the jacket was magically ready for pick up the following day. I went for pick up, asked to speak with a manager in which they responded “there are no managers”🤔 also pushed for an extra charge to be added to my invoice which should have been compted due the the length of time it took to receive the jacket. I would not suggest this place to anyone else. The quality of the jacket feels and looks like felt from a hobby store, also shedding like felt (see pic). Jacket had black stuff on it (see pic). Amazing customer service, all the staff were so friendly! Came in for embroidery on a white coat. They have many different font options and colors. Very timely, it was ready in two weeks.
