Okay so first off my daughters and I had an appointment, when we arrived we were all excited. I saw a lady and at first sight I greeted her thinking she was the person we had an appointment with. Our appointment was set for 3:30 and we were on time but no one came to greet us. I decided to call as I heard talking and wasn’t sure if they knew we were there (which they should have expected us as we did have an appointment). She came to the desk and rudely asked if that was me calling and I said yes my name is Kimberly and I’m here for our 3:30 appointment. The red haired frizzy haired lady rudely said with a raised voice YOU CAN CALL ALL YOU WANT THAT DOESN’T MEAN ILL ANSWER. After saying that she told me to write our names, address, and phone numbers down on a notebook. I let her know I left our names when we made the appointment she rudely said again with a raised voice as she walked away from us an appointment doesn’t matter if we are behind and in fittings with someone else. I totally understand working behind time and trying to catch up but she could have been a little more welcoming, apologize for the wait, and offered us water. I drove from Mission Viejo so it was a distance out of our way. If anyone reading this knows of an up scale bra store I’d appreciate any referrals. After I left I checked the reviews (after the fact, I know) but the reviews they have are not flattering and they go on to respond defending themselves for terrible service, Shameful to say the least. Read moreI love this store. My first purchase from them was in 2013 at their (I believe) first location. I had some personal issues and was not able to go back for quite a while. Fast forward to 2024 - at their newest location I was treated like a queen. Although I did not have an appointment, Debra took me in as soon as she completed her current transaction. She handled my fitting as well as taking care of other walk-in customers.
She even asked me if I was wearing one of her bras - yes I was; one that I had had for 9 years or so. my size had changed, but even through my clothes she was able to tell that I was wearing a good quality bra. I purchased two bras that day and will return for...
Read moreDreadful! So incredibly disappointed! I have been a customer for a few years. Purchasing three bras at a time, so about $600.00. Bought 3 in December and one ripped 4 months later so I took it back and they would NOT replace it. Instead they sent it out for repair. Claiming that they (the owner) doesn't make the rules. Big mistake, even Nordstrom takes their merchandise back with no questions asked. For $200.00 a piece I expect a bra to last more than 4 months. The owner could have taken the loss if the provider would not but she decided not to so she has lost a customer and all the people I have referred to her...
