Coffee Grinder — Restaurant in Tustin

I adore the friendly environment at The Coffee Grinder. The owner, Tereza welcomes people like no other has seen. I feel just at home at this place. It takes me to the old days that people were super friendly with each other. I would never want to take anything just for to go at this cozy place but instead I would love to spent time inside and have my coffee in peace, not to mention their coffee that is the best I ever had in my life. It’s the real taste of coffee. I am obsessed with their Halapeno’s bagel toasted with cream cheese, I can never get enough of that and I think everyone should try it or they are missing out. Imagine your coffee with this Halopino bagel, aah. Their service is amazing and they have a touch of beautiful colours in their serving cups. The size is generous and they use such beautiful and colourful cups, maybe this is one of the other reasons that I would like to sit and take my time here instead of paper cups to go. Overall it gives me such a positive vibe to be in Coffee Grinder and if I could give 10 stars, I would as this place deserves it. If you haven’t gone yet, you’re losing out on an amazing place. I would give this zero stars if I could. I purchased the chicken salad container with veggies and it had a wierd texture unlike shredded chicken and tasted very blan wasn't sure if it was good or was mixed with grits or something. I went back and told the man in the front it doesn't taste right. I asked for the tuna instead. The Man proceeded to tell me I picked the chicken salad and nothing was wrong with it while he then thru the container t against the wall. At that point, I wanted my money back. But to avoid further interaction I decided to walk out and post my experience. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT A BUSINESS WHO CONDUCTS THEMSELVES THIS WAY. Food and drinks are delicious, but the way their UberEats ordering is set up, you can't take off cheese from food items, and some drinks try to charge twice for large sizes. Another bagel item says in description the options, but gives no section for selection. I ordered last monday and put in notes nicely to remove cheese and then called the store to tell the employee that it was wrong and male employee was very rude and started raising his voice. I've worked in cafes too, and I know you can see the notes on Uber orders. I'm only reviewing because he was rude and said I would get a call back from the owner regarding a refund or partial as my boyfriend literally can not eat cheese, so that item got thrown out. I never got a call back, but I'm not blaming the owner, just the male who was working last Monday who was rude...
