Beachwalk Community — Local services in Twentymile

Crystal Lagoon at Beachwalk is essentially at times a dirty big pool that is starting to look dated and rundown, yet extremely pricey and expensive. By far the most expensive community in all of Saint Johns and North Florida when you add up all the HOA, CDD, and Beachwalk Clubhouse fees together and only getting more expensive as the cost of repairs and maintenance increases. The Clubhouse, restaurant, swim-up bar, and all the other amenities are mediocre and not family-friendly. The Beachwalk community is idyllic, and the staff who manage and work the Clubhouse and Lagoon are wondeful! I'm the CEO of a local nonprofit that supports special needs families, and we've had the privilege of partnering with the Beachwalk community on a couple events already, and their level of professionalism, accommodation, and support are top notch.
