Beachwalk Clubhouse — Restaurant in Twentymile

I have nothing bad to say about the atmosphere of the place, everything looks very clean and well-kept. I know people who are residents of some of the properties that have access to Beachwalk….

we have had a corporate event at this location, some staff members were helpful and polite Except for one person who was very rude and in my opinion has a discriminatory attitude he was dressed as a chef and had a gray beard. We understood that we could only use two alcohol passes and the rest of the consumption had to be paid individually (that's exactly what we were doing), but this man refused to continue serving us "because our event was until 2." He wasn't even able to ask his bosses for future orders. This experience was very unpleasant, especially because of the tone he used with us. More humanity please! fewer people like this miserable man. There are people who with all the money in the world, wouldn't behave in this unpleasant manner. I HOPE NEVER TO COME...

We visited on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered Food & Drinks from the swim up bar. The Male bartender was exceptional with his customer service. However, the female bartender was less than favorable. We could see her on her phone, even though the bar was busy. She just genuinely didn't seem interested in being there. It was like we were bothering her anytime we tried to order. When ordering the same drinks from her vs the guy the drinks came back looking different and tasting differently. I am really hoping that maybe she was just having a bad day, and this isn't her...

By far the most expensive community in all of Saint Johns and North Florida when you add up all the HOA, CDD, and Beachwalk Clubhouse fees together and only getting more expensive as the cost of repairs and maintenance increases. The Clubhouse, restaurant, swim-up bar, and all the other amenities are mediocre and not family-friendly. Compared to the insanely high fees one pays to the Beachwalk Clubhouse, CDD, and HOA, I don’t see the value and can’t justify the cost. Avoid this community at...
