I love chipotle! Yesterday they were very busy. Dirty tables. Staffed looked very overwhelmed. And I totally understand. However when the rush of people had passed and the staffed had a moment to breathe again they still did not clean the tables. I saw some of the employees on their phones. And the soda needed to be replenished. The two most popular drinks (Sprite and Coke) had their syrup empty. I did not mention anything to the staff because they all looked so unapproachable. And as a customer I shouldn’t feel that way. It’s a shame because I told my husband how pretty the interior design is. I love the floor to ceiling windows. I hope the manager of this place can take better care of this location and see how the employees can work on their customer service . I hope this reaches the right person and they can see this review as constructive criticism because I really like chipotle and this location is the closest one to my house.

I have ordered twice- once through the app to pick up and once in person. On the initial visit via pick up, the portions were half size portions and the chips were stale and unseasoned. The staff working the pickup window were not friendly, but I assumed it was busy since it was only 2 weeks after opening. We love chipotle though so we gave it another chance.

The staff is absolutely inattentive and after multiple visits, we have seen them just ignore customers at the counter while walking back and forth chatting with the other employees. Absolutely zero customer service or hustle. I’m pretty sure the employees have been talked to about skimpy portions because tonight the lady dumped more sour cream on my burrito than should be in three burritos combined. I’ve never seen someone put two heaping spoons of sour cream on one burrito before so it seemed almost out of spite for the way they are being reviewed.
