I took a instrument cluster from a customers vehicle to this place to have repaired. The only thing that was wrong with it was the oil pressure gauge did not work correctly, (needed the stepper motor replaced). We were charged $80 dollars for the repair. I installed the cluster back in the vehicle to find nothing worked at all. Sent the cluster back to him, and was told he couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I then put a test cluster in said vehicle and everything worked. I then contacted him about it and asked if he would please take a look at it again, and he said he would. Once the cluster was there he refused to look at it and basically told us to get lost and is now avoiding our calls and will not give us our money back.
