The shop has a great selection but I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I came in to use my birthday discount (supposedly 20%) and even after telling the associate, she forgot. Without opening the product or even leaving the store, I told her she forgot to apply the discount and she could not refund me the difference, return the unopened bpx or offer any consolation. After the associate called the "manager", who could not help i eventually left after 30 minutes with no resolution. Very unprofessiona and put a damper on my birthday. I will be finding another shop...

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is! It's the vape shop with the largest selection in town and the setup is awesome. It's clean and well organized. The people are so helpful and they definitely know their stuff! In addition, they are personable to customers and you can tell they genuinely enjoy each other's company.
