The Human Bean — Restaurant in Twin Falls

I just went through the drive-through this morning at the human bean on Addison. I go there all the time. The employees and service is normally very very good and spectacular. Everything I would want for in a coffee shop, this morning I go to get my usual snowy mocha. I sit at the order window for 4 minutes. There’s only one person ahead of me in line I don’t get greeted. I have to ask the person to take my order, She was very rude, when I got to the window, I said good morning I said, can I get your name please and she refused to give me her name. She’s then was extremely rude to me because I told her her customer service was not the best. She did not greet me and I left so angry this morning that I left my coffee, I paid for my coffee and then left because she was so rude, the girl was working the drive-through window this morning on 2/16/24 @ 8:15 am had long shoulder length brown hair in a Sweater do not go when this girl is working at the Human bean!!! I was so disgusted...

I was excited to hear when Human Bean was coming to Twin. When I lived in N Vegas I would go there all the time. Sad to say but this place does not even compare. Every time I go the customer service is awful. It's rare to get them to say Hi to you or thank you. On top of it the drinks are made awfully. The last drink I right I had asked the girl why the drink was already completely melted and not blended at all she just looked at me and said have a good day and closed the window.. so like every time previous I just ended up throwing the drink away. I have tried giving this place a chance, I will come back every few months hoping that maybe there is new crew who will care about making the drinks better and have good service but nope each time its the same. Save yourself the $ and go to a coffee shop that cares about their drinks and...

I have been going here for a awhile now. And on the weekends in morning is the best time. But the after noon I have been getting charged $4 something for a small. When it's usually $3.00 and something cents. I also have to tell them I want my wipe every time. Even when I tell them already. Also I have been seeing them wipe the top of my cup with a rag that they wipe the counters off with. That is gross and not good. Counters have so many germs. So no I most likely won't be back at all. Unless they can fix what they are doing with the prices and the way they make my coffees and stop wiping the lids where we put our mouths on with a dirty rag. They used to be great but seems like the people working there don't even listen...
