This is, by far, the best furniture shopping experience I've ever had. The prices were so reasonable, I bought more than I anticipated. Still, the total for the items I got was lower than the full price of just one couch from the competition. (purchased a power reclining couch, a king mattress, and a rug. Rich was excellent, not pushing sales and giving us the full disclosure on items without warranty so we could make informed purchases.
