I picked my stove on a Friday and was told Wednesday, of the following week, was the delivery day and it would be between 9-4pm. I live 3 minutes away. So I figured I would be first. I asked a family member to stay and wait because I had to work. I didn’t get my stove until I got home after 5:15pm! I wish someone had told me when the date was set up that they deliver furthest to the closest. On top of that my oven came with a deep dent on the side that wasn’t there when I bought it. ( which could’ve been because it was in the truck being moved all around the whole day). I know things happen. And I understand there was a delay because of the lift but no one called me and said anything, even after the 4 o’clock delivery time passed. I had to keep calling and make sure I was still getting it. I know I paid for a scratch and dent item, including new dents made before delivery, so I guess I got what I paid for. This place is truly great. I found them through Facebook Marketplace and purchased a dishwasher. After picking it up, I got it home and installed it only to find that it had a very minimal leak which was likely easy to miss when they tested it. I called Jay and he said to bring it back and swap it.

I went back that afternoon and they swapped it for a different one. Jay even offered to hold it overnight to test cycle it again and deliver it to me the next day 30 minutes away for free. I told him that wouldn't be necessary but that I appreciated it.

Staff was extremely friendly, went above and beyond, and were prompt. Jay, Dominique, and the rest of the crew are awesome.

We purchased a NEW LG front loading washer that had a few cosmetic imperfections and saved us a lot of $money$. Jay, the owner asked us questions as to the our use and recommended a couple of washers based on our needs. He walked away and let us make a decision without any pressure. Power Appliance delivered it promptly and called with a time window and then again 20 minutes before arriving. They installed the new one and took the old away in no time flat.
