12/30 I saw your response to my edit. My edit and representation of my second complaint was completely accurate. Producing a bill in defense of the barmaid's action showing a charge for a double does not change the bare facts that I did not ask for a double. If you recall, that precise practice is what led to my original complaint, which you did adjust. It was your accommodation in response to the original experience that led me to return regularly. Painting dissatisfied patrons as idiots or liars will eventually play to your detriment. All things being equal, you would probably have gotten more of the other 20s in my pocket

Have made this a regular occasional well. Don't get out much. Thought they had fixed their issues. Wrong. Went in mid December, put $20 bill on the bar. Was ignored for 15 minutes. Barmaid finally came and took my money and paid someone else's bill. Pointed out her error and said I wanted a Jack Daniel's. She served me and gave me 3 singles and coins in change. When I showed her what she returned she took my change as a tip Went and dug out Luciana, the owner. She said that I was served a double blah blah blah. Didn't ask for a double. Would I get charged for a steak if I ordered fries? Barmaid meters drink, not me. Voids any positive remark made previously. Not going back to den of thieves.
btw, may only drop $150 to $250 a year, but will live a few more, so lost maybe $1k in business. And will not tell people I know to go here.

Well, finally had the opportunity to make a chance to return. They had just opened and the owner made things right. New people, new facility. new software... what a surprise there were problems. I expect they will see my ugly...

The situation was truly alarming, as my chicken was found to be pink on the inside, indicating that it was raw. Regrettably, this resulted in me contracting food poisoning.
While I commend the owner’s efforts in opening a black-owned business, it is imperative that they take immediate action to improve their operations. Not only was my chicken undercooked, but I also had to endure a protracted wait of 1.5 hours to receive the raw chicken. The little lady, who I believe is the owner has an apparent lack of knowledge in managing a kitchen was evident throughout the process.
It is unclear who is responsible for overseeing the kitchen, but it is crucial that they assume greater accountability. Without significant improvements, the business’s long-term viability...
