Bought a recliner chair and it worked for a week, then the leg rest wouldn't stay down. I contacted them on a Friday & they were quick to respond. It was within the 30 day warranty so I then dropped the chair off the following Monday & they said they would try to fix it. I messaged them on a weekly basis asking for an update. The first 3 weeks they repetitively said they couldn't get to it and gave me excuses like "we had an auction this week" or "were waiting for a friend to come look at it". On the 4th week, they ordered a part and said they're going to install it when it comes in. Okay awesome but this took an additional 2 weeks...after 6+ weeks they finally determined it was unfixable and I could get a refund. Once I stopped in, I waited yet again because they "don't normally do refunds" and couldn't figure out how to refund the money on my card. Meanwhile, the chair was a gift and the person it was meant for didn't have a chair during this time. The owners are nice, and I get they're still new, but they definitely need to do some improvement in their return and customer...

The management was having a vastly inappropriate conversation (derogatory opinions regarding trans/non-binary)considering there were customers in the store. The target items that would be arguably the best inventory was the same price if not more than you would have bought it at target on clearance, which in my opinion voids the purpose of the store. definitely wonât be on my list of thrift stores to revisit.
Update: it wasnât derogatory it was mocking and none the less inappropriate. It shouldnât have been spoken for all to hear. Your absolute disregard for any wrong doing speaks volumes. Why bother responding if youâre going to just act like a customer who has no dog in the race, is making up bs? I didnât take time to review for fun, itâs because I value honest reviews when selecting places and thus, do so in return when something is note worthy...

Food, clothes, furniture, baby items, outside and garden stuff, pet supplies, party supplies, tools, shoes, office supplies, just about anything. It took us a good 45 to an hour (and I had to set a time limit) to get through all the spaces. I love how everything is new, organized, and CHEAP! I...
