I bought a sweatshirt yesterday 7/12/2025, tie dye, it was all folded up and tucked tight it felt damp i thought but then thought maybe was just cold since it was cold in there. I went to put it on later that night and it had mold on it and it dirty in the creases. I tried calling this morning 10:30am said they were open online and no answer I called back couple minutes later no answer waited 10 min. Called again and now my number is blocked or something.
