Definitely would NOT recommend! I booked a Couple's Massage for my wife & I for our 19 yr anniversary on a Thursday, I re-confirmed it on Friday since I thought there might've been some confusion in my original booking. The appointment was set for 1100 on Sun 21 May. My wife & I arrived at 10:50. The doors were locked and it appeared that no one was there, even though they opened at 10:00. After calling the number on the door. Someone answered and said they'd be there in 2 mins. 10 mins later, a man opened the door and asked us to wait in room 2. Since I noticed that he was the only one, I re-confirmed that the appointment was for a Couples massage and was told that the other masseuse was running late due to "traffic". My wife & I waited for 15 mins before deciding that we'd had enough. Right as we were walking out, the other masseuse showed up with her 8+ year old daughter and gave us the same lame traffic excuse. Worst massage experience. I call and made appointment I was there on time my massage started with a lady massuse and after 15 to 20 minutes they decided to change my massuse to a male. I can understand if there is any health or emergency for the massuse. But this was not the case she went to attend another client. They didn't even ask me anything. So I told them iam not comfortable with men doing massage for me. You should have tell me before that you are going to change the massuse. In the middle of my 1 hr massage session. Then the front desk guy dare to tell me did you ask me that. Shame on them to do this kind of bussiness practices. And they are crying for bussiness in not busy. If you do this kind of stupid bussiness for sure u will be closed for good....

Here’s what was terrible: We booked a couple’s massage and they wanted one of us to start before the other. They know their service is terrible so they make you pay up front. They had paper towels on the head pillows which lacked assurance of the cleanliness of the facility. You are only given a bath towel to cover yourself with. The massage was a series of pressure points being aggressively attacked, no real massage patterns happened. One masseuse kept leaving to answer the front door. The other masseuse left her phone on ring and it kept going off during the “massage.” She massaged my stomach. As we were leaving, she chased us asking for a second tip. They didn’t ask us about any injuries or areas to avoid/focus on.
