Approximately 11:00am on 4/25/21, when I came back to got my two separate receipts for my 2 pizzas, a lady staff, Vicky, store manager and owner, gave me a terrible experience.
I ordered two different kind pizzas last evening for my two friends for a birthday party. When I picked up the two pizzas approximately 10:45am at 33600 Alvarado-Niles Rd, Union City, CA 94587,I specifically asked for two different separate receipts and I used two different credit cards to pay for the two different kind of pizzas. After I left the Dominoās store, I discovered that I didnāt have any receipts. I drive back to the same store to ask for two separate receipts for my two pizzas. Vicky only printed one receipt with two pizzas together. I insisted to have two different separate receipts. Vicky told me she couldnāt print two separate receipts for me because two pizzas was ordered by one order under my name. I tried to explain to her. She started to gave me trouble complaining me that I raised my voice; she even threatened me to cancel my orders. I asked to talk to her manager. Vicky said she was the store manager and the owner. I told Vicky that I was not happy for her services and her bad attitude; and I told her I would give her a very bad review. Finally, she had me to return the two pizzas; and changed me again for the same two pizzas. This time I used only one credit card for the two pizzas; but charged for two times for the two pizzas separately.
Vicky had very bad attitude, even though she was the store manager and the owner. Obviously, if I am not in hurry for delivery the two friendsā pizzas, I would certainly to return and cancel...

So I had to download the app and reorder the food through there (btw it ended up costing me more to go through the app, go figures š). So anyways, now I sit outside waiting for this second order to get done. What was suppose to take 20mins round trip has turned into a hour plus of waiting. Not to mention Iām sitting up here with two hungry, crying kids š”. Thanks a lot Dominoās for wasting my time and costing me more money for your pizza!!!
UPDATE: So I go in to pick up my second order and the guy tries to get me first order. I say no I ordered a new one through the app since I canāt pay here with my phone. He then tells me itās a waste of food. Which I replied that itās their fault that their system isnāt set up. Come to find out they had the system set up and one time, their machine broke a while ago and havenāt bothered to get it fixed. I called the store to advise about the same and I was told that the manager is not here and I will receive a call back in 10 minutes. After waiting for half hour I called the store back and the person receiving the call this time was very rude, instead of correcting their mistake that person started asking me for extra money to deliver the correct Order as I didnāt have any car with me to back to the store. I advised him that it is not my fault that the order was messed up but instead of paying customer oriented and retaining a customer the store person turned out to be greedy, rude and argumentative. That person Told me that his manager will call me back but I never received any call back. I will also report this matter to Dominoās Pizza headquarters because I feel cheated and Being frauded by this dominos franchise store because Neither my order Was corrected and delivered nor I received my money back from this...
