I bought a phone + plan. the experience was good the indian lady was knowledgeable abt everything. we thoroughly discussed which plan wld best suit me bc I was thinking abt getting a tablet or a mifi portable device. the transaction was seemless. the store is clean, and the displays were orderly and dust free. it's small but well maintained. social distancing is practiced but one customer was not doing it, so I had to move away from him, but I was thinking that the worker shld have told him to keep his distance. it was minor nuisance. all in all it was a good experience. I didn't give it five stars bc when I went back two days later for some questions abt my wifi the latino lady didn't explain very well.she kept repeating instead of just answering the question.anyway I got the answer and my wifi works. just as I thought the wifi name doesn't come up in the wifi list, it just works where the cellular data is enabled. I feel I was robbed $20. I asked the lady at the store if I could use there phone to connect my new phone and she said I couldn’t use it. Instead she insisted that she could help with a reconnection fee of $20.00 plus tax and instead of helping me out and taking the last of my money she did do it and was nice about it but honestly if she wouldn’t have charged me this review would have been better and in the future I would have given them my business and purchased accessories from them once I landed...
