Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Union City

My husband was told by an employee who worked at this location that a pair of Wolverine’s Boots would work for his prosthetic feet (he’s a bilateral amputee) & if they did not work out for him, he would be able to return them. They ended up not working out for him as they were too heavy & gave him wounds on his legs. He only wore them for less than three days around the house, before he wanted me to return them. So I took them back to Tractor Supply & was told by the manager “Travis” that he would not accept the return even though I had the receipt, box, clean shoes & it had been less than 30 days which is what Tractor Supply’s return policy states. He said there is a “surface scuff” on one of the boots & that he wouldn’t be able to resell them… Tractor Supply’s return policy states nothing about being able to “resell” a returned product. I left, called my husband, & my husband called the store to speak with “Travis.” After he spoke with Travis, he then told my husband I could come back to return them. Ridiculous! It had to be Man on Man for Travis to get it through his head that he was incorrect, but believe a women… not this guy! My visit today was to get a larger size of Canine Cuisine for my furry child. He was extra excited because he got to ride along. We picked up the food and then went to find an airtight container with wheels that would hold 25-lbs. A kind, tall customer fetched it off the top shelf for me. Buying the larger bag is going to be a great savings, even taking into account the cost of the storage container.

In addition, I found three of Tractor Supply's "Blue Mountain" brand of tee tops in bright summer colors. They are nice and long - so many brands only reach to "high hip." And because I am a "Neighbors Club" member, I had an emailed discount coupon.
