To start, we went to Aaron’s first and the salesman was rude and didn’t speak, while we spent an hour in the store looking around. We decided to go to rent a center instead. The sales lady was amazing, and was on top of things. We walked in, she immediately asked if she could help us and what we were interested in. We told her we were lookin for a living room group. She asked what colors and materials and showed us some things. The whole process was super easy, and we were out of there in less than 45 minutes.
The delivery was set up for Friday (today) between 2 and 4pm. We called at 345 and the lady that answered stated that they were en route and instead of sending us a used unit, they were going to send us a née one for the inconvenience.
We put our dogs in the kennel at this point, and called again at 5pm when they still had not arrived. They stated there was another delivery before us. At 6 we tried to call again and no one answered. Our dogs were still in the kennels and we were postponing our plans to wait. It is currently 634 and they are still a no show and the store is closed.
It was raining at 5pm and if they had called and said they weren’t coming because of the rain that would have been understandable, but the lack of communication is appalling. We put down two weeks in advance on Wednesday and if we don’t get the product until tomorrow, that’s half of a week that we paid for not having product. We are extremely frustrated about this situation and are unable to find. Franchise contact information online.
Update: it is now 740 and they just arrived at the apartment. I’m glad they finally came, but I thought they weren’t coming so we continued with our plans and had to work to find someone over 18 to be present. Happy they...

She had me come to the rent a center store to get the proof it was paid for because the pawn shop cannot buy anything with the paperwork from the company, apparently. So I went over there and instead of giving me paperwork, THEY TOOK MY NINTENDO SWITCH. said they’d call me within a few days with the paper work on it being paid for because it’s not in their system anymore. It all started at 9 o'clock in the morning when I called to see if they had a MacBook. She said they did but would have to call me back in 5 minutes with the details. I called again at 11,was told the same thing. She kept saying she was busy with other customers, so around 3 I just went up to the store to find it empty. Even though I filled out an application online, she said it was irrelevant, and had me fill out another. The whole time no one came in. While I was there, she was rude and treated me suspect. She told me she would know the results by 4, and call me back, but didn't call me back. When I called to ask for her managers name, she wouldn't give it to me at first.
