This place is the worst place...checked in, key cards didn't work. When I got into the room the floors were dirty and not cleaned..bathroom was dirty..not toilet paper. Asked room service to clean the next morning, that never happened after they said they would clean it...had to get our own towels....all in all...nobody should stay here. Definitely not worth the money...STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Stayed here one night and had a good experience. The staff at the front desk was great and quick to get us all checked in. The rooms are outdated but offered a microwave and refrigerator. The swimming pool was very nice and the seating area was big. The hot tub is currently being worked on but that didn't bother us. If you are looking for a cheap room I would recommend staying here.

Really run down hotel, room was dirty with dirty towels, Killed 6 roaches as soon as we got inside. Room was not serviced from the last people that stayed here. Don't waste your money or health staying here. Absolutely terrible hotel, needs to be condemned.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The room was dated and in need of an update. With Covid and the price of construction, wouldn't count on that happening anytime soon. The staff were friendly and helpful. We talked to Lori, who was very compassionate and helpful. The location is convenient to Discovery Park and Reelfoot Lake. A China Buffet, McDonald and Applebee's was next door. The China Buffet was very good. The price was reasonable.||||This a motel, not a hotel. I prefer staying in a hotel with entrance from the hall. When we arrived the outside lights weren't on, making it difficult to get into our room. Safety issue also. Lights were on when we returned from dinner. Something about difficulty resetting auto timer. ||||Noise was an issue. A group of people seemed to be talking right outside our room. Husband had taken a sleep aide and I put in earplugs. Husband did wake up in early morning to noise and police siren. Staff had tried to quiet people down but police had to be called. No problems after they left. Not really management's fault. ||||Breakfast was provided. Basic but good. Eggs with cheese, sausage links, toast, cereal, potatoes, milk, coffee and juice. Talked to another couple at breakfast who have been coming here for 12 years. They said their room was dirty with bugs. (here say, I know) They were given another room. ||||There is an outside pool. Free WiFi. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer and...

I booked rooms for five other people on a Sunday night and felt compelled to apologize for doing so. My due dilligence in reviewing this hotel was a failure. Don't be fooled by pictures in the Gallery section of their website, Not all rooms are that attractive.

Here's a list of memorable incidents that occurred:

The parking lot, sidewalks, and stairwells were filthy with numerous cigarette butts scattered throughout.

My wife and I were assigned a room with one full bed. The overwhelming aroma of tobacco smoke permeated the room which had a non-smoking sign on the door. We were allowed to switch rooms and told that a long-term resident had recently moved out.

The next room had twin beds but also smelled like tobacco smoke. You could see daylight between the swipe card locking mechanism and the door. When I used the shower, a hairball washed away from the drain.
