System is antiquated and they need to do better in order to process less serious cases such as parking tickets that are non criminal in nature and allow those who are pleading Not Guilty, with physical evidence, to upload into website and wait for an answer from the judge instead having to wait practically all day to have your case heard in court. It's a waste of time when it can be done easily online regardless of results. Its like a punishment of some sort to those who have to take a day off from work to sit in a court room, hear all the other serious and criminal cases in nature to wait for a judgment that clearly can exonerate you via online. Separation is needed for both the court and the tax payer to process the less serious cases in a productive, less time...

Very disappointing !! The whole system is totally inefficient and disorganized !! We got an unlawful and abusive parking ticket and we had to wait over 2 hours to speak to a judge and the processing is only from Tue to Thu from 8:30 to 9:30 !!! Who has time for that ? Seriously ? We finally gave up because we also have work to be concearned with !!
